M-F morning workouts
GP 3 7:30-9:00 am.
GP 2 8:00-9:00 am.
GP 1 8:15-9:00 am.
AND T/W/Th evening workouts
5-6 pm. all groups

Great swimming up in beautiful wine country! Lots of fast swims and Long Course experience (I think we were about 80% best times for TPC swimmers!).
