NBA Masters Swimming
NBA Masters program is offered weekday mornings at the Redwood High School pool.
Monday through Thursday workouts are from 5:45am until 7:00am.
Friday morning workout is from 6:15am until 7:30am.

Join us for our Masters Clinic Series. On May 2, 2009 we will be offering Faster Freestyle - Race and Train for the 50, 100 and 200 free. Participation is limited to 30. Registration is now open.
