Mike is a lifetime swimmer and aqua-nerd. He grew up swimming for the Reno Aquatic Club, and later swam at U. C. Berkeley. He still floats around, and occasionally swims open water events. He has coached in the Marin Swim League (Tidalwaves, and Sleepy Hollow). For the last few years he has been coaching the Northbay Aquatics with stroke-master Ken DeMont. Mike could easily bore you with an onslaught of coaching verbiage, but, he will probably just give you some advise on how to swim faster, easier, or safer (if you are a danger to yourself).
