Program Information
North Bay Aquatics has both a strong senior program and an age group program.
The Senior group trains at College of Marin in Kentfield. Training includes morning and afternoon practices, dryland, and classroom work on swimming strategies for optimal performance.
The age group program trains at Tiburon Penninsula Club in Tiburon. Groups include elite age group, developmental and junior swim team.
NBA offers:
- Consistent year round training in a proven program.
- Invitational swim meets that allow the swimmer to swim races in different distances.
- Occasional dual or smaller meets that are good for the beginning or younger swimmers.
- The winter Zone III Championship meet.
- A summer championship meet held in August that is open to all levels of swimmers who participate full time on the team.
- Travel meets such as the Lost Dutchman in Arizona.
- Long course meets (Olympic sized venue) that further develop the more experienced swimmers.
- Upper echelon meets, such as Sectionals and the Santa Clara International that will challenge stronger swimmers with the best competition in California and beyond.
