HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

WINTER 2020 - Starts Tuesday, Jan. 7th.

2019 - was a great year for the Tuna! I have updated the record board (should be up soon!) and there are a lot of 2019’s on it now. I can’t wait to see what 2020 brings!

HOLIDAY TRAINING - We had to make a couple changes to this weeks workouts (please note below). Over the Holidays we typically have some workouts with our Pre-Sr and Sr team at Redwood High School. These workouts are for swimmers training in the Winter session. There will be TPC coaches to ensure that younger swimmers are not smashed—and, GP1 and 2 swimmers will not be required to swim the full 2 hours. We have:

1/2 Th. 7-9 am. At Redwood
1/3 Fr. 7-9 am. At Redwood
1/4 Sat. 10-noon. At Redwood

MEETS -
1/18,19 ZONE 3 CHAMPIONSHIPS in SANTA ROSA NOW OPEN FOR ONLINE SIGN-UP . This meet does have qualifying times for many of the events (listed on the meet sheet). I will enter relays! Email me with any questions!
2/7-9 VALLEJO C/B/A+ No qualification standards—a great meet for those not doing Zone 3’s or Arizona! Not online yet…
2/15-17 ARIZONA!!!
